Just wanted you to know that Taishi (2006) has been flying since coming back last month. He had a great Markham tournament given he was off for 3 months with a broken collar bone. I do put a lot of that on you guys training him for the 5 weeks post-injury. He is stronger and faster than ever.

The GR METHOD
1. Assessment
Every athlete starts their journey at GR Performance with an assessment to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
2. Program Design
We take the results of your assessment and combine them with your goals to create a program specific to you.
3. Engaged Coaching
We never send an athlete into the gym by themselves. There is always a coach present to walk them through the workout.
No. We have programs for executive clients as well. As we’ve gotten older we’ve realized how important what we do is for everyone.

Our executive training program is located in Richmond Hill.
What if I’m an older athlete?
No problem, we have a program for our everyday athletes. You can find out more here.
How long are the training sessions?
Training sessions last 45-60 minutes.
How much does it cost to train with you?

Do you offer nutrition services?
Yes! Every executive receives nutrition coaching as part of their training. We also offer stand alone nutrition services for those interested.

We initially created our remote program to work with our professional players in Europe who weren’t able to spend the entire summer with us. Since then it has expanded to include players of all ages, including our men’s league program.
You are now able to train with the GR Team from anywhere and can be confident that your training and nutrition will help you achieve your on-ice goals.
