Over the past 10 years, we’ve worked to develop Toronto’s best sports nutrition program. We’ve combined the lessons learned from working with professional athletes and everyday high-performers, tested the ideas rigorously on ourselves, and created a multi-faceted approach to sports nutrition that can be applied to anyone.

What is Functional Sports Nutrition?
Functional Sports Nutrition is a results-focused approach to optimizing diet and lifestyle. We work with you to develop a custom nutrition and lifestyle plan centered around individual goals and unique attributes. It’s not about providing a client with a diet and sending them off, but educating and coaching throughout the entire process. We’ll teach you how to eat for performance, recognize your body’s response to food, and support your training. Everyone is performing in their life and sports nutrition is about applying that same attitude of athletics and performance to everyday life.

Working with a Sports Nutrition Coach
We aren’t your typical diet coach. We believe in education, accountability, and empowerment. You are your own best Sports Nutritionist, we’re here to provide you with the resources and tools necessary to optimize your health and improve your performance.
Our coaching programs are highly customized, with weekly/bi-weekly coaching calls to provide accountability and additional guidance every step of the way.
Sports Nutrition Coaching FAQs

We offer a 3-month and 6-month coaching program. In our experience, 3 months is the minimum length for meaningful change.
It depends on which coaching option you select. Our 3-month program involves weekly communication with your Sports Nutrition coach while our 6-month program meets bi-weekly.
Our coaches may recommend additional functionally testing and supplementation – these do have costs associated – but you are not obligated to perform any extra testing or purchase supplements. You will still have amazing results with the program regardless.
Functional testing is an opportunity to receive a deeper insight into how your body is functioning. The tests can assess a variety of factors and are usually conducted in the comfort of your own home.
Our nutrition coaching programs are highly customized, what works for one person doesn’t work for another and we aren’t tied to any specific diet.
