Strength Development
Strength training forms the foundation of all of our programming and is an often undervalued aspect of hockey. Speed is tied directly to strength. We teach proper progressions under the watch of an elite coach, emphasizing technique and pattern development to ensure all of our athletes start the next season far stronger than they left.
