Hockey Training You Can Trust

No one likes losing a race to a loose puck, getting beat on the boards, or running out of gas in the third period.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a minor hockey player, seasoned NHL veteran, or men’s league regular, you want the confidence to perform every time you step on the ice. You want to know you have the strength, power, and conditioning that will allow you to compete with the best players.

We can help.

With a variety of hockey training options, regardless of your location, we can give you the tools to compete for every puck, blow by your opponent wide, and skate hard late into the game, confident that you won’t run out of gas!

When I come to the gym I feel like it's a family here. Everybody is welcoming and so knowledgeable—and they pass on that information to you and put you in a position to succeed for the season.

Every player has individual strengths and weaknesses and we do our very best to customize the approach for every player that we work with. Hockey is a game of inches and we want to leave no stone unturned in preparing to play.

Just wanted you to know that Taishi (2006) has been flying since coming back last month. He had a great Markham tournament given he was off for 3 months with a broken collar bone. I do put a lot of that on you guys training him for the 5 weeks post-injury. He is stronger and faster than ever.

Greatly appreciated.
