One of the common misconceptions is that training should stop during the season, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Proper programming designed to complement the time of year allows you to continue to improve your strength, speed, and endurance.

I started using the training app this past year. It helps me work on flexibility, movement, and building strength and speed. I am able to follow the program and complete a workout by myself or with my brother, as it gives me specific instruction and videos of the exercises. It also reminds me what to focus on and lays out the workout plan each week. The GR app and staff will have me ready for lacrosse and hockey seasons.
