We offer both in-season and off-season programming out of our Richmond Hill and Aurora locations. Hockey has evolved so much over the past decade that players must be training both hard and smart all year round to stay ahead of the curve. Our programming is tailored to the athlete and time of the year to ensure you continue making progress all year round.
We focus on maintaining lean muscle mass and strength during the season while decreasing the risk of injury. Despite what you may have heard you can make progress and improve your physical attributes in-season with the correct programming.
The off-season is focused on building a bigger engine, increasing speed and power, and coming into the next season a better player than you left. The off-season is the most important time of year for a hockey player and sets the tone for your next season.
