Our off-season program is targeted to elite players and to ensure that everyone gets the maximum benefit out of the on-ice component there is a screening process in place.
The training day length varies depending on what sessions are being completed. On average the off-ice sessions are 90 minutes and the on-ice sessions are 60 minutes.
The 2022 training program starts July 4th and runs until August 26th.
For 2006 birth year and above our program is based out of St. Andrew’s College (SAC) in Aurora, ON.
For younger players, we operate in conjunction with NTR Newmarket, based out of Newmarket ON.
No problem! We offer fully customized, remote training as well as the option to come join us for a week at a time.
We do have access to the SAC dormitories that are available for a fee.
For this coming off-season we are accepting players born in 2007 and older.
