Frequently Asked Questions

No. Our program is designed specifically for high-performance hockey players and requires a high level of commitment and accountability.

This version of the off-season program is geared specifically towards hockey players still actively competing.

Each case is specific based on the player’s individual development but as a general guideline we like all athletes to be 13 years of age or older.

The program is 12-weeks in length.

To get the maximum benefit out of the program you will need access to strength training equipment. If you are looking for a bodyweight only program we would suggest finding a coach that specializes in that area.

We adjust based on your personal schedule but we target 5 workouts per week. The workouts are broken down into 3 Strength days and 2 Conditioning/SAQ.

You and your GR Coach will video conference calls on a bi-weekly basis over the course of the off-season. Additionally, you are able to communicate via in-app chat at any time. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
