Our son George has been participating in the GR program for a number of years and the program provides the perfect combination of education and hands-on training for elite athletes, young and old. Just wanted you to know that Taishi (2006) has been flying since coming back last month. He had a great Markham tournament given he was off for 3 months with a broken collar bone. I do put a lot of that on you guys training him for the 5 weeks post-injury. He is stronger and faster than ever. Greatly appreciated.
Working out the right way so you have functional strength—if you tie it all together with nutrition and the recovery I think that’s where you can make some serious gains.
