You know nutrition is key to making progress in your training, but where do you start? How do you know what to eat and when to eat it? What supplements should you take? Is keto good for you? What about paleo? We hear these questions all the time.
Our Functional Sports Nutrition team is here to help! We believe that sports nutrition starts with education, but that’s not always easy to find. So, we pride ourselves on a simple yet effective approach.
We start with a discovery call to identify your specific nutrition needs. Everyone is different, and we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We’ll cover your sports nutrition history and experience with previous coaches and ‘diets’ in this call. Lastly, we’ll make sure you enjoy our approach to sports nutrition.
If we’re a good fit for each other – just like any relationship, compatibility is important – we’ll move to program options and a comprehensive intake. Although it can seem like a lot of information, having plenty of data helps us to design a program that is as customized as possible.
