Great question, pardon the pun. We're always here to help, and you have unlimited access via text to a GR strength coach that we will answer during office hours. Our GRP Platinum athletes also receive monthly phone calls from their GRP Strength Coach & Nutritionist.
The program lasts 12 weeks. Of course, you can always add additional time if you have a longer off-season.
Your program is uploaded on the Gary Roberts training app. Every exercise has a video and written description to help you work through it.
If an exercise is painful, we always suggest stopping it and swapping it for a different one. You can do that yourself in the app, or we're happy to make the switch for you. Just send us a message.

No problem. We deal with dozens of injuries every year in both athletes and non-athletes alike. Our coaches are all extremely knowledgable and will adjust your program to help rehab the injury while making progress on your other goals.
